The information provided on the Platform is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security or financial instrument.

Data displayed on this Platform is sourced from publicly available databases including ClinicalTrials.gov, FDA, SEC EDGAR, and financial data providers. While we endeavor to present accurate information, we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.
Analytical outputs, including probability estimates, Monte Carlo simulations, and options analyses, are generated by algorithmic models and AI systems and are subject to error. They should not be construed as fact.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and analytical frameworks, is the property of RGA Investment Advisors, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RGA Investment Advisors, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid, if any, for access to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.
